Senior: Hard luck to the lads on their 0-26 to 2-16 loss to JK Brackens in the final round of the County League at Tony Reddin Park on Sunday. Our involvement in the league is over, with the North Championship quarter final against Toomevara our next focus, with the date of that game dependent on when Tipperary’s run in the championship ends.
Junior: The junior hurlers play Kilruane MacDonaghs in their third game of the North ‘B’ League on Tuesday, 13 May in Tony Reddin Park at 7.30pm. Next Tuesday at 7.30pm, they play Shannon Rovers in a rearranged game in Ballinderry.
Under 15: Hard luck to the Lorrha Rovers footballers on their loss to Burgess in the North ‘B’ final in Borrisokane last Thursday.
They were out of luck on Saturday in Féile na nGael, losing to St Patrick’s and Burgess, having beaten Gortnahoe/Glengoole in their division 4 group.
Tipperary: Well done to Killian Fitzgerald who started for the Tipperary minor footballers in their Munster semi-final against Cork on Monday evening.
Social Dancing: Continues on Friday in the Tony Reddin Centre at 9.30pm to the music of Checkers.
