Well done to our Intermediate hurlers who got their 2022 championship campaign underway with a 5-25 to 2-13 win in the North semi-finals over Moneygall in Roscrea on Sunday evening.
Bonner Maher raised two green flags in the first half and the returning Eoin McIntyre scored the other as we went in 3-16 to 0-5 leaders at the interval, after playing with a strong breeze.
Cian Hogan and Colm Fogarty added further goals in the second half. We now look forward to a meeting with Lower Ormond neighbours Shannon Rovers in the North Final on Saturday week, July 16th (time and venue TBC).
