Our Under 11 boys and girls were delighted to get the opportunity to play at Semple Stadium in Thurles yesterday (Wednesday).
The team played very well in three games against Golden-Kilfeacle, Clonmel Óg and Fr O’Neills of Cork. They were also brought on a tour of the Home of Hurling by current Tipperary Senior hurler Craig Morgan.
Well done to all players involved, and also our mentors for organising their participation in this Munster GAA Activity Day. Hopefully these players will have many more opportunities to play for Lorrha at Semple Stadium in the years ahead.
