Under 21 Hurling: Well done to the Lorrha Rovers under-21s on their rip-roaring 1-22 to 1-15 extra-time win over Moneygall-Clonakenny on Sunday in the North Tipp ‘B’ semi-final. The final against Burgess is due to take place on St Stephen’s Day in Roscrea at 12 noon.

Dinner Dance: takes place this Thursday in the County Arms Hotel, Birr from 7.00pm. Music by Tradstone. Don’t miss out on what should be a great Christmas party. Tickets still available. The Intermediate hurlers will receive the North & County medals on the evening.
