Premier Intermediate: Hard luck to the lads on their 1-26 to 1-24 loss to Ballina, after extra-time, in Sunday’s North semi-final. All is not lost with their county campaign beginning on the weekend of July 25/26 where we start against Burgess.
Junior ‘B’: Lorrha host Knockshegowna in the second round of the championship on Saturday at 7.30pm in Tony Reddin Park.
Minor: Lorrha are due to take on St Patrick’s this Wednesday at 7.30pm in Tony Reddin Park in the first round of the County ‘C’ Championship.
Tipperary: Well done to Conor Donoghue and the Tipperary U15 hurling team and management on their win against Cork on Saturday in round 3 of the Arrabawn inter-county competition.
Social Dancing: Continues next Friday night in the Tony Reddin Centre from 9.30pm to the music of the Paudie Coffey Band.
